One of the most widely used connection technologies in the work is USB, it is found on almost every PC, tablets, smartphones and printers. Maximum speeds for super speed USB, the official classification for the 3.0 specification are around 10 times more than USB 2.0 that is present standard.

The main story for USB in 2010 was the appearance of the superspeed standard. 2011 should be a huge year for the technology, specially for mobile PCs. This has allowed in-stat to predict that around 80 million USB super speed devices will be shipped in the year 2011.

Intel will pursue in short order in early 2012, anyhow, with its chips of Ivy Bridge, which comes with built-in support for USB 3.0.
